Description:The day I made this dish,
Pepy told me about the event hosted by
Zorra of Einmal umrühren bitte to celebrate
International Women's Day on March 8. I supposed to post this entry on March 8, but since I am not be at home, so I decided to post it today.
This Balinese Yellow Rice is easy to make and light since it doesn't use coconut milk like the Javanese Yellow Rice. We ate Sate Ayam Manis (Sweet chicken satay) with it, and it was sooo yummy.
Happy International Women's Day!
